On your main site, I would have 2 links at the foot of your 'service
overview' pages, along the lines of:

   1. Learn more by visiting the [service x] website.
   2. Get in touch now to enquire about how [service x] can help your
   business.

Give it a go, see how it works. If it doesn't work, change it :)
