essentially a good idea for: - growing your network - googleising the content - managing moderators - featuring content bad idea for the following reasons: - you'll no longer "own" the database - you'll not be able to advertise, or monetise very well (should you want to) (unless I'm missing something new with the API) - you'll need to spend a lot of time moderating. Just a couple of wee thoughts from experience.. -- Best *Chris Hambly MA ODE (Open)* *Internet and e-learning Consultant* *http://socialmediainbusiness.co.uk/* * * *G+ **http://hamb.ly/15* Twitter: *http://hamb.ly/16* I check my email twice a day, but if this is urgent, call me: +44 (0) 7824 776 785 *"Empowering your staff with the ability to be brand ambassadors is one of the key ways to becoming social"* Audana Ltd | Kingshott Business Centre | 84 Station Road | Marlow | Buckinghamshire | United Kingdom | SL71NX Social Media in Business is a trading name of Audana Ltd which is a UK (England) registered company (registered company No. 6528264).
