Hiya Ben,

Definitely agree about big data and personalisation, although the
algorithms still have a way to go.

And slightly agree on mobile devices. Although the popularity and speed of
adoption of the iPad is a game changer for that form factor. Three
observations:

- Punters love it including me. Thought it'd be mainly a toy. It's turned
into a frequently used toy and increasingly used for work.
- Had two separate conversations with fairly prominent agencies who are
considering focusing all of their new website builds to be tablet/mobile
native and back-ported to web
- Use inside the enterprise is exploding. I went round Innovate '11, the
Technology Strategy Board's event for innovators in hardware/software/tech
- most of the display and controls were iPad-based
