Hi folks

A huge thanks for all the wise words about my Adwords quandary. You've all been truly helpful and generous with advice and I'm very glad I asked. 

The consensus seems to be that Adwords, like SEO, is best left to those who know what they're doing, but to get some training so the in-house crew can understand the process and ensure everything is coherent.... 

So that's what I'll do. 

Next-up is to find people to work with! Recommendations would be very welcome but please bare in mind that we're only talking small scale at this time.
