You'll probably get the space via MWB but from experience you'll pay
heftily on the internet access.
A couple of years ago I used their Oxford St offices. LinkedIn were in
the same building at the time, and had 30+ people using a 2Mb
connection that cost them £2k/month.

An possible alternative would be to get your internet via mobile
dongles  - assuming you're in a location with decent network coverage
- then you can bypass their charges.
