Hello Dan, Mark, John & Paul.

(sounds like a boy band to me:)

Dan, yes this is right on the lines I was thinking of; we have clients who often call up with urgent items, so this is about putting some contingency in place for them to get immediate service.

There are cases where the volume of a site (Mark) may be different, and we may have the issue of how much work we do for the time offered, avoiding FOC and items which would be classed as a 'project'.

It also means we get a bit of money in the kitty without having to tell mr client that he has used us for x hrs this month and he's got a bill to pay.

Thanks to all.

Ty
