OK,

I'll compile a summary of the people research, articles I have and some results for everyone for next week.

Please bear with me - I'll aim for a short and practical guide you can all use for ideas and testing inputs.

In the meantime, any hints on competitive analysis / intelligence tools - very welcome!

We have some very interesting research into the use of people photos on our
sites and some of this is covered in the slide deck I did.



We're working on a complete guide to image photography but if anyone is
interested, I'll post the key highlights from our testing (30M+ tests
involving images of people).

week was the importance of images and video in building emotion and driving
conversion.

Cheers Chris - I enjoyed it loads, although I'm not sure I'm allowed to say
that since we organised it.

If anyone's interested, we've collected the presentations and the audio

The speakers were ace, including UKNM regular Craig Sullivan - thanks Craig
- who managed to cram in so much material into 20ish minutes, that a drink
was needed just to recover! MVT testing of call centres? He's the guy
really living up to his Twitter handle @OptimiseOrDie

If I get a chance I'm going to pull together all the references from all
the presentations and pop into a mahoosive reading list which I'll put up
on the blog.

Hopefully we'll be doing it again soon...so many people there wasn't time
to fit in.
