Thanks for all the interesting input. I think I'm a few likes short so thanks for the offer of a couple extra. Civil Designer: http://www.facebook.com/CivilDesigner?fref=ts But, then again - I guess that was my point, I mean the fact that likes are a currency that can be easily manipulated is de-motivating. Legal counterfeit. I wouldn't be interested in using a search engine that ranked on this criteria. Is that really what FB are working on... Thanks james for the link, I chuckled (OL) when you said you'd liked that article. So In conclusion FB Likes shouldn't be used by ordinary businesses unless they are offering something in return. Otherwise go hang out in a business guild. (as explained by Ty with the Bus co. case). They are widely manipulated and should be restricted to apps. And perhaps mobile will finally kill FB and then we can see if the Google+ guys do it better. Have a lekker wknd everyone. (Don't want to make you guys jealous (too much) but it's 27deg here in Cape Town and the wind has stopped so it's a beach wknd!!) Twitter is becoming more an issue than Facebook for us with them being understaffed and they not responding quickly to contacts and that's what I hear across many agencies. Even resorted to tweeting the directors at times. Nice to see some more posts on here. We should have some more sharing... mobile chat anyone? Someone please do correct me if i've missed the point here! dan Sent using BlackBerryR from Orange -----Original Message----- From: Mike Parry Sender: uk-netmarketing-bounces at mm.chinwag.com Date: Sat, 27 Oct 2012 09:36:11 To: uk-netmarketing Reply-To: uk-netmarketing Subject: Re: [uk-netmarketing] FB Likes ~~ Chinwag Jobs: Find your perfect new job or next team member ~~ Chinwag Jobs is the leading specialist recruitment website for digital roles in the UK.
