Hi Caroline, thanks for the feedback - it’s honestly really appreciated. Difficult to get a honest third opinion nowadays.

I think you raise some very valid points here and, frankly, I know there are things that need addressing/improving but it was important to us to get the rebrand live so that we have a base to work from and improve on.

Interestingly though, it sounds like we’re not a million miles away from the objectives - we definitely are doing different stuff now and are extremely specialised and it’s also true that we’re not entirely focussed on client briefs either…

But I do take you usability points of board and I agree that we need more content and greater clarity of messaging too.
