Hiya Caroline,

Can't remember if I mentioned this already, but we use CapsuleCRM - the
integration with Gmail is pretty good, especially the widget that lets you
add contacts and opportunities directly from Gmail.

One of our gang pointed me in the direction of close.io today, which is
very new and shiny. Quite pricey, but includes VoIP and tracks calls and
emails from the app, so you don't need to switch between systems.
