Hi all

Thanks for all the help, I did get a call from your chap, don't mind that really. And thanks for all the other suggestions.

However, I really need a niche of a niche specialist who fully understands the business buying and selling process. Who 'gets' EBITDA and knows what Amortisation means. Who understands gearing, appreciates the difference between LLP and Limited... that kind of stuff. 

Otherwise it ends up being a bit messy... and we may as well write our articles ourselves...

Which is why we really need to have a good hunt around and it's going to come through seeking rather than approaches!

Which is also why we don't want to employ someone as there's not a full time job for someone there... it's about two days a month.
