Is your client really David Blunkett or Tony Blair?  Apparently the govt are

planning the same thing along with test of basic numeracy sent direct to the

unemp. "If you are paid the minimum wage and you work a 60 hour week, how

much will you earn per week?" Don't know? Enrol at xxxx college for a basic

numeracy course....
