Subject: UKNM: Customer relationships

According to Resource marketing 's survey( in today's IT analysis.com ) ,
25% of e-companies are still failing to respond to basic customer e-mail
enquiries . The survey reported that 26% of companies simply didn't reply to
e-mails , whilst 56% did reply but not within 48 hours .
The most basic mantra in any business is to be close to customers , our
industry is worryingly ignoring customer needs . Why do I suspect that the
next 6 months will see a range of e-launches out of bricks and mortar brands
who have already learned the basic laws of the customer centric business.
