3 things:
- On payment of invoices - try sitting in their reception. Usually works.
Maybe even hire someone to sit in their reception if it's cheaper than
factoring. Still factoring seems to work - bet he's paid up now!
- Love the swanky reference - any companies that have the same name
problems?
- Finally are you an e-business if you procure on-line. Companies like
www.buy.co.uk (interest declared) can help small and medium business buy
with the same power/discounts as large corporations - surely this counts as
shaking up your business using e-commerce?
