Perhaps the basis of Christianity (and most other religions) was the
cornerstone of society.... but not any more. Where does 'love thy neighbour'
fit into the .com society? Sure there are a few cool and worthy sites (e.g..
thehungersite.com) but they are far outweighed by porn sites, let alone
gambling sites (and, let's face it, day-trading is gambling really).

Perhaps society is so messed up because there is no longer a fundamental set
of values and most people refuse to see anything any more as right or wrong
but "OK as long as I don't get caught".

Greediness is the fault of the individual. Everyone can choose that option
if they wish.

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't religion, in their eyes, the cornerstone
of society.

If society is so fucked up that we are desperatly snivelling around for any
titbit that might lift us out of our dreary lives then this makes the whole
greediness.com the fault of the church.
