Did anyone else ever have a copy of 'The Eye-Spy Book of Secret Codes'.


I reckon it's got great potential post RIP.

It had some kind of really complex code as well based on code words (I was

only

8 - give me a break). All I can remember was the whole thing seeming hugely

politically incorrect even then.


Test messages were always something like 'White man look for buffalo and

Wampum'

and the codeword was always 'REDSKIN'.


It made me think though.


I mean, if I posted a message in 'Eye-Spy Tracker's Code 3 (pg14)' that

said....


GDJKOYIU KJK KIEJLO POIFRVFHJ JH...


...and then consumed 8 Negronis and forgot the word 'CANOE', would I get

banged

up?


As you can see, it's been a quiet afternoon
