No no no no no... I would assume it's not just the fact that it's a busy

period. Dell have been absolutely rubbish for us in the past. We ordered a

laptop and desktop at the same time (online). Got the laptop within a

week, and the desktop took about three weeks too. Not only that, but when

it came, it came with Windows 95 minus the Y2K upgrade. And this was in

October!!! Handy!


Panrix have been much better for us, but I don't know if they take online

orders. They're only just down the road from us so we can cut out the

delivery hassle.
