Ok here's the perfect solution. Buy up all the corner shops that are going 

out of business because of superstores etc, install a couple of PCs in each 

shop, put in a coffee machine, sell a few perishable goods, keep them open 

8-11pm, and make those the local distribution points for online ordering. 

There's no problem with waiting in etc, you get a community back, you get 

all those people who don't have PCs online, you get the ability to pay in 

cash, the shop owner can recommend good trustworthy sites, and for 

merchants you get a better gtee that they won't be ripped off with false cards.
