That's what the jokers should be called. The lost my suitcase twice between 

Stirling and London, and charged me twice. Six months later they still 

refuse to repay the 26 pounds they overcharged by although they wrote to me 

saying it would be sent. They never return my mail or emails. I pity any 

e-commerce venture that partners with them they are a brand that deserves to 

be rebranded - FarcelForce.
