Why?

Have you had a bad experience with Cedilla?

It's an interesting concept for those who don't know:

Their product only charges you for Software downloads once you have
received them intact on your PC. Allegedly resolving the difficulties
inherent in hung computers and software corruption when downloading paid
for software by other means.

A good idea methinks - but I do not know how effective it is.
