I was just wondering if anyone else tried ordering the 7 quid christmas
tree from letsbuyit.com last month? Mine still hasn't arrived! Customer
support email isn't much help either, auto-responses all the way --
until recently.
After my last attempt to contact customer services they responded with
an apology. Apparently they were 'experiencing problems at [their] main
distribution centre, in [my] area'. Funny, so was a colleague -- who
lives 60 miles away. They did assure me that their 'teams were doing
everything in their power to solve these logistical issues and deliver
your watch as soon as possible'. Watch? Ok...
This was promptly followed by two identical emails with the word 'watch'
replaced by 'christmas' (yes, 'christmas' not 'christmas tree'). These
emails were later followed by another email apologising for the delay in
the delivery of my Christmas Tree, and assured me that their 'team were
working very hard to ensure delivery before the 22nd December'.
Maybe I could get it frozen for next year.
