I am looking to purchase one or two companies for an international advertising/web agency. They are called http://www.ahead.com and are based in Denmark. They wish to expand and have capital to invest in UK based agencies who would benefit from cash input and the advatage of being part of a more international company.

1. Web-agency with the following characteristics, in order of priority:


*	20-25 employees

*	turnover � 1 million

*	simple ownership structure

*	clients within the following sectors: consumer brands, retailing

*	business mindset in management, i.e. not technologically og creative driven.

*	placed in London or ready to move to London



2. Consulting company with the following characteristics, in order of priority:


*	focus on retail/consumer brand consulting or e-business

*	experienced consultants

*	strong management

*	5-20 employees

*	placed in London or ready to move to London
