No agency designed it - it's a technical project by some new media people,

including Alaric Snell (his real name), a friend of mine who has a large

black bag with a red flashing light on it. As NTK point out, it's an

offshoot of http://www.stand.org.uk/ , on which page Alaric Snell is

referred to as Alaric Williams, as he has since changed his name (it's a

long story). The other famous name is Danny O'Brien, but he needs no

introduction. I doubt if they would be willing to participate in a

commercial venture.
