Agreed. Making television ads (as opposed to banner ads) can be a lot more
fun, and gets you lots of the right kind of attention in social circles.
Admitting to having anything to do with the Internet usually has you
fielding questions about formatting hard drives and the like.
Mind you, I've built, written and said a lot more - and had it seen by many
more people since I got involved with new meeja.
It's not often that significant self-realisation comes without the aid of
recreational drugs, but now I think about it, my primary goal in life is to
mess with as many minds as possible.
