Check out a company called Adflash Ltd. in Mayfair (020 7518 8815) - they
use LEDs which flash at a high frequency to create moving images when they
crosss your field of vision. The technology is currently being set up for
use in sporting events etc. - The whole thing looks pretty impressive.
What's reallt cool is their taxi technology which bolts onto the hub caps of
blakc cabs and is radio controlled.
