I don't know of one but it wouldn't be difficult to write in either java or

Flash. Flash would probably be more suitable and depending on the options

the ad server provides either:-


1) Use Generator to create the movie (possibly caching the resulting banner/

movie for 5 minutes).

2) Use a container movie that loads the news from a separate file.


Neither method sounds difficult from the Flash 4 user manual but I've

literally only spent 30 seconds glancing at the index.
