On a point of order, this is complete bollocks. ISPA was set up ~3
years ago and represents the smallest ISPs and the ones with the
smallest industry voices - hence their requirement to be members.
of the big boys (eg psinet, uunet, demon, btnet, freeserve, aol
etc), none are members.
