i've been listening to this discussion for some time now. ok, so some
people have had some problems. that's inevitable with a new company,
trying to do something new! fair enough, we should complain and let
lastminute.com fix any problems. however, most important we must
congratulate and encourage companies likes lastminute.com to continue to
break the rules and change the industry.

so, brent and the lastminute team, keep up the good work and we look
forward to bigger and better things in the future.
