Thanks for the explanation - I much appreciate it. As I said before, I
haven't travelled that much in the past, so a lot of this is new to me!
Maybe there's a similar situation here to that with fulfillment - like
start-ups who spend vast amounts on marketing, and the minimum on
fulfillment, start-ups in the web travel arena aren't spending enough on
database/web integration!
