My last experience of netnames (simple .com address) was


1 place an order

2 watch money disppear

3 hear nothing 

4 try to look up on site - my order not recognised

5 - 12  try helpline and fail to get through

13  get through to helpline.  get put on hold.  eventually get told (by

clueless phone room person) my application is in the queue

14. hear nothing

15  repeat steps 4 to 14 

16. after a day or two find domain still unregistered

17. call virtual internet

18. tell credit card company to bounce netnames
