Ooh! - I can just see it...

Moldavian Doctor: Yes, I can do the operation for you. That'll be $500
for the surgery and $1500 for your plane ticket over here.

I do wonder what the total revenue that those doctors will pump into the
economy if they set themselves up successfully (with a good marketable
domain name of course) - more than a paltry $200,000 dollars/annum I
suspect.

Mind you, I am sure $200,000 will probably go a considerable way towards
paying off the Moldavian national debt.

The internet might collapse geography - but I haven't seen anyone
successfully live in it yet. Doesn't 'The Matrix' springs to mind
though?
