AOL Press is OK-ish.  It does have the habit of changing references if you 

just use the SAVE command.  I think it was written by some other Co, so you 

don't have to go thru' AOL.

For a reall nice free authoring programme try 1stPage2000 from an Australian 

Company.

It is HTML based but gives you a preview anytime.
