Try Capscan http://www.capscan.co.uk


- they're PAF licencees but have a number of graduated offerings - name,

address only, etc. The software has APIs so you can talk to it.


You won't get what you want without PAF as it's the most complete data set

and updated quarterly.

Yeah, I had a look at the PAf stuff on the royal mail site and couldn't be

bothered to make sense of their white papers.


If I don't; find anything I suppose I'll have to go back to them. If I do,
