Subject: UKNM: anality over Ts&Cs / go Lois

On the old T&C debate, if their T&Cs state

"listed at an incorrect price due to a
typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers"

it's actually rather limiting. . . .from bitter experience of ironing out
horrific pricing bugs, it's not usually the base data that's stuffed, it's
the processing that you apply to it. so if you can prove that the d/b data
is correct, but their app layer can't do its sums, can you get them legally?

Ideas/Brainstorm - I know it's January and everybody's grumpy, but there's
no real need for this is there? Well said Lois. This industry could do with
a lot less cult of personality if you ask me. And a lot less nonsense
talked.
