Thanks Lucy, for helping clarify a rushed-out comment that, on re-reading
it, was a generalisation and too sweeping.

I do honestly believe that the initial creative idea/thought/concept comes
from one (accompanied by customary 'flash of lightning') in fact it's very
difficult to think that two people come up with the same creative thought at
exactly the same time. There is always often one thought that starts
everything else rolling.

However to take it from there to reality successfully, you need skills and
people in all areas.... a good team. Non team-players tend to dine alone!
