Online Betting

I'm doing some research for a market report on online betting. I'm looking 

for information on the size of the market (UK and Global), who the major 

players are and their market share, and also what is the different shares 

that the various forms of betting have in the overal market (ie spread, 

sport, lifestyle, person-to-person). We have many of these figures already, 

but would be interested to know of other sources, and any views of the list.
