Er... it has lots of flashing animated gifs, a tickertape JavaScript
thingy, frames a-go-go... and it looks very much like a (boshed up) Front
Page job.
If you look at the Guestbook, the users appear to think the site is
informative. Shame it's let down by the design.
Perhaps they would like to have it redesigned? ;)
