perhaps the backing for schoolsforschools was based on the observation that
the chap behind it repeatedly laid responsibility for its success/failure in
the hands of the government. "government endorsement is critical to its
success" was his mantra.

so now, with this level of exposure, how can our dear goverment resist
endorsing the lovable engineer-cum-entrepeneur? after all ... if they don't
... the venture's failure will be all *their* fault. shame on them!

"e-ducation, e-ducation, e-ducation".
