Maybe that's what they intended to do.  Opportunity to get your message

across via the website whilst pretending it's a complaint mechanism.  Look

at all the pretty pictures of pretty trains (if there are any there) and

nice Connex words before you find the contact email address.   Nice

marketing, why waste the opportunity?  Saying sorry is a great Mandy-style

marketing tool.  Nearly as good as the CRM forum exhibition where the "no

email junk" message was on a line below the first page so you really did

have to make an effort to stop it.


I'm sure these were just accidents of bad web design / poor ad copy rather

than clever new media marketing tricks...... but if anyone has got any good

tricks share them here.
