Could it perhaps be that zoom is just too much of a knee-jerk reaction to 

rapidly changing market? Net-savvy or not, it wouldn't take a genius to see 

that a web presence is going to be essential for any well recognised brand. 

This combined with a constant stream of stories announcing that the 

competition are becoming an ISP before you are might be enough to panic them 

into it before they're ready.


No offence to zoom, but given the proliferation of average ISP's just now, 

why should any consumer care about another one?
