the biggest problem with ignoring those letters is that, when you use the
DHL/FedEx services you accept the terms and conditions of the shipping
company. so they are within the rights...

And if you don't pay, you get those stupid debt collection letters for
�20....And then you have to ring them up and hassle them.... this happened
to my wife who ordered via CDnow. In the end DHL agreed to waive the fee and
i suggested that whatever sites use their service to make it clear that DHL
will invoice later the import tax complete with "handling fee".
