Or better still, a choice of online text chat with a helpdesk person,
"call-me" button or decision-tree-based problem diagnosis (you input your
problem, and you get questions narrowing down the details until you get a
solution) - all available as a standard online customer service package from
Servicesoft (www.servicesoft.com).
