'Course if approx 30% of the adult population have access to an Internet
connection, then that could mean that every single person online can recall
a dotcom, and none of those without Internet access could. Which would be
fine.

So without a breakdown of who's connected and who's not, the Telegraph
figures aren't particularly helpful. Not that a huge advertising campaign
will particularly connect with the connected, of course.
