Nice try Leslie, but don't hold your breathe! Look how long it's taken
to get VAT removed from tampons (I understand that the change goes
through today that will finally remove VAT from them), as VAT is only
excluded from items and services considered as essential (like
newspapers?!!??). If half the population's monthly requirements are not
considered essential enough (although years of campaigning may finally
have worked), then VAT-free PCs are a long way away.
