My thoughts - invade America! They have to expand quickly or they'll never
get the value the shareholders crave. I think it's been said before but
lastminute where trigger happy on their IPO. As we say at Scient - go big or
go home."

This has always intrigued me about lastminute - why no American play? if
you're going to spend salary costs on ripping open bits of europe, then why
not hit the states, where the market's established, and the language/culture
problems are far easier to overcome. . .just think of the 2-300% healthier
size of their revenue if they'd cracked it

now i wonder whether it could have anything to do with the size of the writ
they could see arriving on their desks from the likes of
lastminutetravel.com??? or perhaps someone else has already wrapped up
distressed inventory, and they've decided it isn't worth the effort?
