I have been asked by a new start up to try to identify a technology partner

willing to partcipate in a joint venture.  The partner will be an ISP /

telecomms company willing to provide modest bandwidth for an agreed period

to

establish the venture in exchange for equity participation.  An income from

being the preferred carrier and from revenue from the venture will be

available within a very short period.


Essentially, this is a no cost, very low risk opportunity for an enlightened

ISP that is interested in acquiring a foothold in 'content'.
