UKNM: Coldfusion/Spectra

Not sure if this is the best place to post to, but I am looking for an 

independent view on Coldfusion / Spectra.


I am currently hatching a special occasions website that is to be  

personalised and must have scalability to roll out over Europe in a short 

pace of time.


Can anyone advise whether coldfusion/spectra is advisable?
