Did they really have admin?

 support, distribution networks, technical

authors and coders, City centre premises etc etc.

This kinda highlights my point.....why have a call centre in central London

?

Just 'cos its an e-business doesnt mean its completely ethereal!

Naturally, -  the way they burnt money it was more unreal!! :)
