UKNM: Good affiliates

I'd be grateful for advice on:


1 where one could find a list of organisations who run quality affiliate

programmes in the UK

2 Some reading on how to * attract advertisers *differences between click

view, click thru and display - different sizes of banners and so on


I am just about to launch a site with online workshops to assist supervisors

and managers improve their leadership skills. The first few pages in the

site are free. It is on these that I'd like to have affiliate links to a

quality credit card for managers, quality motor vehicles etc.

As you can tell from this message - still a novice.
