UKNM: UK websites a turn-off for virtual shoppers

I thought this article on p.26  of The Times today (22/05)  good reading

while

trying to get 23 across. Survey compared looked at  100 UK & US retail

sites -

looked at ease of navigation, home page, links, browsing, ordering, customer

service and support - UK didn't seem to do so well v. US - guess one will

have

to go to Internet World 2000 UK for more detail - or do any of you already

have

it?
